I recently visited this nail salon for the first time after moving to Piedmont, and I couldn't be more impressed. As someone who is quite particular about their nails, I was thrilled with the exceptional service I received. The salon was immaculate, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. I walked out with perfectly done nails and a smile on my face. Since moving back to Oakland 4 months ago, I have been seeking a high-quality nail salon. Every 2 weeks I visited another, then another...UNTIL I FOUND AVA!!!!! She have me an extraordinary mani (gel) and pedi (regular) and both were excellent. I have now booked her for standing appointments! That says it all!

I have literally walked out of my nail appointment and couldn't wait to give Woodminster Nails a great review. I've been living in Oakland for about 3 years now and have been going to different nails places in Alameda it's never consistent and my nails look good but I always want to find a nail tech that will make me feel comfortable and also help me with my appointment. Ava did just that 5 stars all around and I wasn't able to get the name of the woman who did my pedi but she was amazing as well. I have finally found my NAIL PLACE!!! And the best part is that it is literally up the street 10 min away from my home. The service was great everyone was friendly and I can't wait for my next appointment. First time here and a walk-in and I was warmly welcomed. I asked for a deluxe regular polish pedicure and powder gel polish set. Kim was kind and paid extra attention during the sugar scrub and callous removing. Minh listened patiently to my thoughts about getting a nail set (haven't had one in years) and answered my questions. The place is clean, relaxing and they offer water. I enjoyed my relaxing time there and I really like how my nails and toes turned out.

My girl ATE with my nails. She also did my cuticles which is super rare when you get dip. She took her time and made she I liked everything. Definitely my new nail spot!

First time trying this place. I would return. Average fair prices. Very clean and spacious. I visited late on a Sunday afternoon and I had no wait. They also offered water and snacks!

I highly recommend Woodminster Nails! I went in on a Saturday morning - no appointment needed. I got dip on my natural nails. My nails are challenging - they are what they call in the biz "baby nails, so cute!". I showed Min a picture for inspiration and she made it happen. The inspiration picture was airbrushed - but because of my tiny nails, she had to improvise and paint them one by one with a tiny applicator. The dip is very thin - not chunky and bulky like I've had in the past. They took their time to make my nails perfect. I will be back. I've finally found a place that can make my nails look the way I want them to.

My go to nail place! I usually make an appointment the day of and it hasn't been a problem. When I'm there I do see some walk-ins and they are honest about the 20-30 minute waits (or if they are booked). Lots of regulars. It's a convenient location for me - but you do have to pay for parking till 6:00pm. I get a pedicure and the spa massage chairs are comfortable. They also give you water and some candy which is a nice touch. My pedicures look great and last a long time!
